a. Selection of Assistant Professor Trainees - (APT) among, eligible masters of WCSC by giving proper training and conducting Examinations. The applications will be invited through Zones in Tamil Nadu and through Trusts and individuals in other states and abroad.

b. Promoting an Assistant Professor Trainee as Assistant professor on the basis of his/her Self Assessment Reports. (SAR)

c. Selection of Professor (Trainees) - (PRT) among eligible Asst. professors on the basis of their Self Assessment Report and Examinations.

d. Promoting a professor Trainee (PRT) as a professor (PRO) on the basis of his/her Self Assessment Reports.

e. Promoting a Professor as a senior Professors (SPR) with Board’s approval on the basis of his performances

f. Constantly reviewing the SAR sent by all masters which are recorded in the data systems.

g. Placing the quarterly reports of masters before the Board for appreciation / recommendation for improving their performance.

h. Issuing appointment letter and I.D. Cards with registration number to all eligible masters.

i. Periodically conducting refresher course to all masters to Aliyar and other Centers.

j. Preparing, reviewing and submitting course syllabus for various WCSC courses to the Board/President as and when required.

k. Maintaining the Bio – Data and performance details of all masters.

l. Planning, Coordinating and conducting all regular Manavalakkalai yoga and higher Courses at Aliyar, the residential Training Centre of WCSC.
