This book has analysed the various rights and responsibilities of humankind. The
problems that cause increasing miseries to humanity have been revealed clearly
This World Peace Plan emphasises the responsibilities of every individual and society.
Life, according to this plan, has to be purified and made perfect on the basis of
enjoyment and experience of occurrence development and change of happiness and misery
The bomb dropped on Hiroshima was of untested design and used 700 gm. of enriched
uranium. It resulted in deaths of over 200,000 of the 350,000 people present in
the city on that day. The bomb dropped on Nagasaki used plutonium and eventually
killed 140,000 of the estimated 270,000 people present in Nagasaki at that time.
Mankind has attained enough advancement through research and technology in numerous
fields. What is the result of this progress? By means of intensive research on Law
of Nature, it is revealed that the functions of the body, consciousness and needs
are same for the entire humanity. Bubble which arises from the water, remains as
water, before its appearance and disappearance. Sound which comes by means of clap
remains as silence, before it comes and goes. Similarly the existence of the Absolute
Space, the Almighty should be realised by Man who faces birth and death.
The bubbles and clapping sounds are of different velocity and intensity. Similarly,
there are differences in physical appearance and intellectual capacity among men.
Along with this understanding we have become clear that humanity exists as an individual
and as a society just like the co-existence of ocean and waves
All problems and miseries in humanity are mainly due to lack of understanding of
this natural phenomena
In the first part of this book, the causes for the origin and growth of differences
and conflicts among humanity and sufferings together with the ways to eradicate
them, have been analysed
In the second part of the book, under the heading the resultant PLANNING, detailed
analysis has been made indicating clearly how the ideal human life should be and
the necessary plans to be adopted and to attain a noble life instead of living without
understanding the real purpose of
The basic reasons for our problems and miseries are classified as follows
1. Many people in the world do not know how to live. That is, they are ignorant
of the purpose
2. The social environment is not conducive even for those intellectuals who have
understood the purpose of life to lead a noble life
3. The prevalence of unhealthy and unwanted competition in the production, conservation
and use of the essential commodities
4. The fanatic attachment towards one's country, caste, religion, race, language,
and property leads to increased conflicts and dissensing among humans. In order
to get rid of deficiencies and attain harmonious life every man should understand
the real value of human creation. Everybody should know that all the resources in
the whole world belong to the entire humanity and we should have this broad and
noble outlook
Abundant attachment to materials and money should be removed to achieve the goal
of perfection.
Rearing up of children, Industries, Food, Clothes, Houses etc., should become common
in the society within next fifty years. I have detailed the procedure to be adopted
to bring this system into practice effectively and gradually
As a first step, a world organisation has to be formed and its branches have to
be installed in the urban and rural areas by the efforts of the wisemen all over
the world.
Without creating animosity towards any government or any country and with the upliftment
of humanity as the ultimate aim, this world organisation must try and get the collective
support of all political parties, all village societies and all associations which
strive for spiritual development, to implement this plan.
I have emphasised in this book that this organisation must gather the collective
strength of all noble men to work for world peace and this organisation should work
for establishing number of technological universities all over the world.
Many persons may criticise my plan of making all the children as common property.
This plan of mine cannot be brought into practice immediately by compulsion. When
opportunities to large number of people in the society to get education go up, and
when many people start understanding the philosophy of life and accept the same-this
plan can be put into practice.
To make this plan spread among the people and to get acceptability from the people,
women of higher status and intellectual capacity have to render their efforts and
co-operation.
The problems in the life of mankind could be eradicated only by implementing this
plan.
Many systematic plans have to be formulated to bring a phenomenal change in the
outlook of the people to enable them to realise the advantage of making the development
of children as a common and general responsibility of the
The methods that are suggested in common rearing up of children, will create a strong
belief among the people that the plan is better than bringing up the children by
their own parents. People may feel that is not better culture to bring up their
children.
In the completed social life, unwanted habits and pain breeding deeds are to be
rooted out and peace resulting life styles, research are to be encouraged. The existing
parent-children attachment should vanish. l have made this very clear in this book.
I have made the marriage system simple by this plan. Marriage is nothing but the
acceptance and concurrence of the society for the desire of a man and woman to live
together as husband and wife. Excess expenditure and rituals should be avoided in
the marriage functions. Even now we may try to introduce effectively the register
marriages.
It will further help the development of the society, if the marriage and the funeral
ceremony are made as common responsibilities of the government.
I have also given clues to eradicate the debts, and private business gradually and
to make all the resources of the world as common property to all. In the society,
the difference in the economic status among people is a perennial disease. The debts
are the reflection of this disease.
All the miseries in human life are mainly because of this social diseases. This
disease should be rooted out by using the achievements and developments which man
has attained in economics and science. Never the economic inequality should arise
again in this world. In the 'distant future, people should talk among themselves
that men in the past because of their ignorance were having the practice of giving
and borrowing money and were suffering in large measure. This economic plan has
been advocated here to achieve an egalitarian society.
Clear guidance is given here to bring the co-operative method of production and
business into practice and then subsequently to switch over the practice of performing
the above things without the medium of money.
In the field of economics, it is necessary for the world to bring a revolutionary
change. Economic reformation does not mean grabbing from the rich and distributing
to the poor. We should not consider money alone is property. The commodities which
are useful for life and the industries which are meant for producing those commodities
should be considered as wealth.
Our way of reformation is not the one which prevents some people to enjoy the facilities
in the life. But, it is to bring equal opportunities to everybody to enjoy the facilities
of life instead of those facilities getting stagnated with a few persons only. Instead
of few rich people we have to make more number of persons to become rich. After
the overall development of wealth due to maximum utilisation of natural resources,
followed by plans to be formulated to enable everybody to enjoy the wealth on co-operative
basis. Afterwards equality and democratic socialism are to be effectively brought
in gradually in such a way that all the wealth in the world belongs to all who live
in the world.
Some countries are against for equal rights and socialism. I wish to point out here
that the attitude of some people to earn money by doing even harm to others and
their arrogant habits will develop in the world until the poverty remains in the
world and the concept of enjoyment of life is based on money.
Gradual increase of the capacity to manufacture deadly weapons is another danger
in the future. If people who crave for money and who earn money in unjustifiable
manner start using these deadly weapons, then how horrible the results will be?
I request all the countries to think seriously about this.
If the social reformation is brought in such a way that each individual in this
world lives without any fear or worry about life, then apart from that what else
can be achieved by means of money or by means of property ownership?
If knowledge and character develops in an individual, who is rich enough, what he
will do with those? He will think to uplift so many downtrodden people, by using
his wealth. Is it not? That is unchangeable nature of the humanity. If everybody
becomes rich in money, then what will be the fate of money?
Because of the prevailing method of property right and possession, many essential
commodities which are basic necessities for all people, are being stored by few
persons unlawfully and wasted unnecessarily.
Who can occupy the space in the earth more than the volume of his body? Who will
eat more than the food which he can afford to digest? What is the use and what is
the necessity for a man in claiming rights over anything beyond his requirements.
If a man, who lives in this society takes unwanted burden of protecting individual
properties, then is it not like a man travelling in a cart carries a loaded bag
on his head?
Money is always encircling every man and creating clashes among all men. Death only
gives relief to him from the grip of money. At present this knowledge and character
are developing among a number of rich people in the world.
Without knowing, those rich people of good nature are moving towards socialistic
society only where the humanity will get equal rights. Therefore opposition for
socialism can exist only until knowledge develops highly with the rich people.
Therefore, dear friends, please think. How many people are using and enjoying the
articles and commodities you produce! How many people have worked hard to produce
the articles, and commodities which you use?
I am trying to emphasise here that maintaining equality in the humanity is essential.
At the same time you all are, by knowing or without knowing, working for the same
noble cause. When you find favourable results for your actions, you will appreciate
my suggestions.
In some countries socialism is practiced. I would like to say to the people of those
countries as well as in other countries, that socialism does not confine equitable
distribution of wealth. For the welfare of the mankind everybody should become common
resource to the humanity. This is the real socialistic philosophy.
To understand that all universal actions are prompted or emanated in static and
dynamic states, one should understand the philosophy of consciousness. You will
realise that the origin of your consciousness is the above said dynamic state.
Therefore by that you will come to know that all living beings in the world are
functioning by having the same origin and there is nothing in the world except the
two feelings of pleasure and pain. When your mind attains this broad outlook, you
will become generous and sympathetic towards the persons who show reluctance towards
this socialistic philosophy without knowing the greatness of it.
This concept of socialistic philosophy should expand from the level of materialistic
approach to the level of your consciousness. Then, the crude desire to establish
the socialistic society by even killing or conquering some people will get diminished.
No where in this world there will be people who do not respect the sacrifices of
others. But, all such sacrifices must be with proper research and also must be beneficial
to the society.
Also, if only the mankind becomes united by noble thoughts, the philosophy of socialism
will attain perfection. The main reasons for the differences among men are undue
attachment towards one's country, community, caste, language, religion, relatives
and money. You have to -assess first what all in the above seven, you have already
dropped and what all are yet to be dropped? If you destroy the undue attachment
towards money and relatives, then automatically all the, other attachments will
vanish.
Therefore, Oh! friends, who have faith in socialistic philosophy! Till you consider
the other man as your enemy, your ideology will not become strengthened and will
not yield results. You please try to work vigorously to eradicate ignorance and
to change the unwanted habits. By that you will become the ideal persons of performing
your duties, with clear understanding.
Another plan is charted out in this book to enable every one to go around the world
at least once in his/her life time. By this, a positive approach will arise in everybody's
mind to avoid claiming himself belonging to a particular country. Once if you attain
this broad outlook, life will be always with duty consciousness and research mentality.
In this book, I have shown this world peace plan as two stages, one is first phase
(Beginning Stage) plan and another is final stage plan. The beginning stage plan
can be gradually implemented within a period of fifty years, and the final stage
plan can be implemented in a phased manner within another period of hundred years.
The aim of the beginning stage plan is to prepare and change the atmosphere and
the knowledge level of the people to suit the final stage plan. Also by this beginning
stage plan, the miseries and problems prevailing in the society must reduce gradually.
Oh! Dear student and young friends! The world awaits anxiously for your noble service.
You all may become members of the nearest branch of the World Peace Organisation
(World Community Service Centre) and contribute your share to bring this plan into
action. By that, you will become intellectuals who help for the development of morality
and you will pave a way for a great TURNING POINT to this world.
To implement this plan effectively and successfully, the valuable assistance and
guidance of all political leaders, all rich people, all the intellectuals and all
the religion heads is necessary. I am sure it is practically possible to get their
co-operation.
Dear Intellectuals! Let us strive hard for the welfare of the society, by keeping
constant awareness of this noble ideal in our thought, word and deed.
Let us not forget that the welfare of the society alone is the investment of life
for every individual and let us perform our duties with noble aims.
Let all of us utilise the strength of our knowledge and the physical strength to
attain the permanent World Peace.
